Art therapy, psychotherapy
with Masha Andreeva
I offer psychotherapy, art and expressive arts therapy, therapeutic groups, workshops, retreats, ceremonies, and community experiences that support healing, creativity, emotional well-being, and meaningful connection. My work integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, expressive arts, nature, and trauma-informed approaches to foster resilience, self-discovery, and authentic living
I am a Registered Psychotherapist, expressive arts therapist, facilitator, and lifelong student of healing traditions. My work lives at the intersection of psychology, creativity, mindfulness, and nature, offering spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move toward greater wholeness. Over the years, my path has been shaped by psychotherapy, yoga, meditation, expressive arts, and community practice. I believe that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about gently uncovering the wisdom, resilience, and vitality that already exist within us. Whether through conversation, creative expression, mindful awareness, ritual, or connection with the natural world, I seek to support people in finding a deeper relationship with themselves and with life Alongside my private practice, I facilitate workshops, therapeutic groups, ceremonies, retreats, and community gatherings that foster authentic connection, creativity, and collective healing. I am continually inspired by the ways art, music, movement, and shared experience can help us remember who we are. My intention is to offer spaces that are grounded, compassionate, and welcoming—where people feel safe to explore, grow, and come home to themselves.
